To maintain fairness and efficiency, the following cases are not eligible for refunds or returns:
Change of Mind / Preference: Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color, or style. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. If a cancellation request is made before order fulfillment, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Incorrect Orders Due to Customer Error: If you accidentally order the wrong product (e.g., incorrect model, color, or quantity), we cannot issue a refund. However, our support team will do their best to assist you with alternative solutions.
Damage After Delivery: Items damaged, modified, or mishandled after receipt are not covered by this policy.
Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale on their product page are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Include your order number, photos/videos of the defective item, and a detailed description of the issue.
Return Authorization:
If approved, our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for sending the item back.
The RA number must be clearly visible on the return package.
Shipping the Item:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Original Packaging Required: Returns without original packaging and accessories will not be accepted.
Timeliness: Refund requests must be submitted within the 7-day window. Late claims will not be processed.
